I am extremely happy with this hotel. We disembarked from our cruise at 8am and our flight back to Seattle wasn't until the next evening. So we were going to stay the night here. We took a taxi straight to the hotel at 8 am because we had our luggage so we were just going to wait around til check in at 3. But Natalie at the front desk was so awesome. She allowed us to get into a room at that time without hesitation. I was so thankful. Breakfast bar had several options and it was very good food. And they also have a free shuttle to the airport. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place on the outside and nice interior design. However, there are bed bugs on the third floor. I am on the second floor. I wore a long sleeve shirt and long pants per usual. My back is itchy and has a fresh bump on it. I may be paranoid now that I know someone else dealt with bed bugs January, 3rd around 2am but I am worried about dealing with bed bugs. Lastly, they do not have many milk options for lactose intolerant or vegan guests. The breakfast lady was rude and does not understand customer service. No type of empathy or accommodating attitude when asked if there are almond or soy options. Just, “no, all we have is what’s there.”

The suite was spacious. FYI, the beds were super high. There were 2 hooks on back of the bathroom door which wasn't enough for towels, hanging toiletry bags, robes, etc. for 2 people. Our 2 Queen Beds, 1 Room Suite had NO TOWEL RACK by …

The airport shuttle took 40 mins from calling to arrival at the airport at 6 am, which should be a 10 min drive. The rooms were big and clean and sufficient for the price. Staff was nice and let us check out late as diamond members.

Terrible. Man place from the 90s when things sucked and no one would be able to review bad hotels. Noise from everywhere. I mean everywhere. No sound isolation. Loud walking from upper floors, elevator, doors. Shuttle guy was slow, just take Lyft or Uber. Its 10 min to airport and he took almost an hour for pickup. Lots of broken stuff on elevators, ice machine broken, hallways smelled weird. Bad lighting in rooms, bathrooms are old and shower was bad. Beds were okay. The “hotel” is on loud street as well. Should be renamed Hotel La Paperthin Walls.
